Daisy’s Liver Cakes

Pat Debley came up with this recipe in order to provide healthy low fat treats for Daisy in line with the advice given to her by her holistic vet. They last 4-5 days in the fridge and can also be frozen very successfully

Ingredients:

4 1/2 ounces Quinoa (cooked)

 3 ounces of lambs liver

 1 medium egg

 Recipe:

Cook the Quinoa as instructed on the packet.  Finely chop the liver and mix into the cooked Quinoa with the egg.

 Put into non-stick individual flan tins or a four portion Yorkshire pudding dish and cook for about 30 mins on 160 degrees (fan) 170 degrees (conventional electric). Cool.

Feed to dog/s!
